help... changed energy suppiler

I have changed energy supplier from Scottish power and now they are sending me letters from Insight Collections saying I owe them £48.00 I have phone and told them I am on a pre payment meter so I have no charge outstanding and have never been indebt with the meter, I was told by them they will look into this but I am still receiving "act now to avoid futher action" and "notice of legal proceedings" letters ...What should I do ?
