Barclays undertake two types of internal quality checks against cases : 1. QA and 2. QC. QA is effectively an external measure of quality which is presented to the FCA. QC in an internal check although I understand some MI is given to the FCA. QA checks are only given to any case handler that are over 140% productive. So…

In which case, Barclays employees seem unclear who their regulator is or how to actually blow the whistle.

So maybe you have a point.
