Nokia 6230 photos?

I want to transfer photos from my phone to my PC, I've bought the cable etc and 'loaded' the disc as requested, I cannot 'locate' the 'info' to help me upload\download? you can tell I'm not an expert but I'm usually able to work things out, but this has me stumped! any advice appreciated.
