Quotes for New Patio

Hi,
I have had a few quotes for removing decking and laying a new patio.
Two quotes have come in at £3,600 to remove the decking, materials and fit 30 sqm of slabs. I am looking at £20 per sm for the slabs.
So £3k and £600 VAT. His cost is £100 per sm supply and fit.
Does this seem reasonable?
