Love theatre.com is a good place to start. That's who I always use.
I went to see jeeves & wooster last night.
I can highly recommend it, very funny.

You can get reasonably priced days seats for quite a lot of shows from the theatre box office if you queue up before the box office opens e.g. For wicked the front row is reserved and only sold on the day. Also check out theatre monkey for deals etc.

You should also keep an eye on the Theatre Tickets, Concerts and Events subforum of the UK Holidays Forum - This is where most of the discounts get posted, although many are quite fleeting.
