Just to let you all know Sainsbury's Home Emergency Insurance, can't send a plumber the same day when your toilet becomes blocked and overflowing. Complete and utter rubbish. I have Ulcerative Colitis as well! I wish I could sue them for claiming to provide emergency insurance when they flipping well don't. My first time using Sainsbury's, never again!

Adding insult to injury, plumber was supposed to arrive in the morning no one came, phoned Sainsbury's and the plumber will "allegedly" come at 2pm. No one bothered to let me know he would be !!!!ing late? Sainsbury's you are !!!! you stupid bunch of !!!!s!0
