90 days to leave feedback - what then?

Is it possible to leave neg feedback at the very end of the 90 day period? The reason I ask is that I was ripped off by a seller but I know that if I leave neg feedback for me she'll do the same and my rating is 100%. Or if I leave feedback for her does she then get another 90 days to reply? Can anyone help me out here?

Search this board as this was discussed recently and there appears to be two answers. It was generally thought that after the 90 days (and that might not be a dead 90 days as it depends when ebay do the cut off) feedback can no longer be left. However, there was a discussion recently where someone got a message after leaving feedback at day 90 saying that the other user now had 14 days to respond.

After 90 days they cant leave you negative feedback but they can still reply to the feedback you left them. HTH
