G24 Ltd Parking Charge Notice Appeal
Hi Guys, I have read a few threads regarding appealing the charge notice I recently received from the above titled company operating as 'the creditor' of the private property which is Meadowhall Retail Park, Sheffield. I had been shopping in the retail park the whole time and I overstayed by 10mins. I actually have a store receipt of my purchase made from a store there 3 mins before i exited the car park and evidence of purchases from another store. They are trying to charge me £50.
I have seen various templates on how to appeal this via Popla and I think I have a good understanding of how to do that however what I would like to know is should I draft my initial appeal to G24 ltd in the same way I would a Popla appeal by citing all the contractual failings e.g. unreasonable charge, inadequate signage, BPA code of practice, past cases etc or should I keep it simple to them in the first place and then use a weighted one letter to Popla.
I guess what I'm saying is is there a high chance they would accept my appeal to them if i draft a weighted on citing failings or will that also give them ammunition to respond with a weighted rejection which will leave me with little arguments to present to Popla?
Thanks

You would probably have got a faster response if you posted in the parking section not motoring.
