ppi (old statements)

over the past few months my wife and i have been going through claiming ppi . we have had numerous accounts since the mid 90s. we had accounts mainly with MBNA and ALLIANCE/LEICESTER .
my wife saved every statement dating back to 1994 so far MBNA have turned us down on one. I wrote asking for proof of original documents showing i had requested ppi they sent back a letter saying successful reclaim. my question is now mbna have given successful reclaim on one account would they find it difficult to dispute others (baring in mind we have photocopied and produced all statements has evidence of ppi as far back as 1994)
thanks

Despite your "complaint" being successful they don't have to provide such proof that you requested PPI. It's you as the complainant who has the burden of proof. Your claim has been clearly been upheld for entirely different reasons than you gave.I wrote asking for proof of original documents showing i had requested ppi
The success (or failure) of one complaint has no bearing on the success (or failure) of another. Your statements only show that you paid PPI, not that it was mis-sold to you.now mbna have given successful reclaim on one account would they find it difficult to dispute others
What reason did the Bank give for rejecting?0
