Help,, What are my rights

I ordered 2 jam making kits from Unwins online in their sale only to be emailed a week later to say they had been over subscribed for the item and we unable to fulfil my order. I contacted them by phone to be told they can supply part of the kits but do not have full kit in stock and offered my £2 off It would cost me at least £15 to replace missing items. What are my rights when a company sells goods online when they haven't got all the goods?

You can get a refund and that's pretty much it.0

Check their terms and conditions, but it is usual for online orders that you agree that no contract is formed until the seller dispatches the goods. So I'd say it is likely that they have not yet accepted your offer to buy and so no contract is in place. You can accept their counter offer of a price reduction if you wish, or refuse and they have to refund any money they have taken.0
