Why not speak to your manager and tell him you don't like this work thing and want to leave ! I'm sure they will be glad to get rid of you and then both of you can be happy, doesn't need a grievance to leave, you clearly don't like work ! And don't want to go back, so just quit !

better to put notice in and leave, rather than start a grievance, which would go against you for the next job I would think.
  • Ah, when your off work it honestly messes with your head

Yesterday I pushed myself to go to work (just worked myself up see your not alone) and still have a job I think even after both sides aired views

If you must resign don't go into detail ;) best thing done

Mind you there is no right or wrong way in this situation so don't beat yourself up we're only human, anyway how did it go today decoo? x

I just have enough of them, I really had enough of them. I went in on saturday morning to do the nightshift in the end, I am going to leave but I've decided i'm going to go off sick until I am there for 2 years which is a month and half ish.

I am absolotely sick of them, from my manager to the HR dept.

When I was first off sick, I couldn't bare going into the store or go out anywhere at all. I phoned up to ask if they could send out my payslips or could my dad could come and collect them and they said no, it's confidential data even though I have given them permission to give them to my dad. Also, when they said they had an information pack for my depression, I asked them if my dad could come and collect it, no they said, I have to come in and get it, eventhough I was extremely unwell and they really stressed. They said no one came and collect it and we will come out to do a home visit to give it to you and when they came, they said they couldn't believe why my doctor did not prescribe me with medication even though I only was off sick with depression for one week to them coming out and seeing me,

I also have not got paid in April, I had a payslip for that month confirming how much I should be paid, but for some reason I have no recieved payment. I have been phoning up hrss and my instore HR and they all have been unhelpful. My HR have said there is nothing we can do you have to phone HRSS and HRSS says they is nothing we can do, you will have to speak to your HR depart. to send an email over about payment.

I am absoloutely sick off them, I am crying my eyes off with stress, my manager is a cow, pushing me back into work whilst i am unwell, I will get better and it will not go on for long, I just need to get myself fully metally fit so i can return properly, yet he phoned me stating i have to come in on these days, when I came back i did not return to work or signed anything to say i will be doing them hours.

I am leaving I've had enough but I'm putting in a discrimination claim against them once I've reached 2 years. They are unhelpful and they are making me feel worse.

You can make a discrimination claim at any time. However it does come across that you are getting things out of perspective, which is common with depression. Do what is best for you, not what may or may not help a tribunal claim.

Are you being discriminated against though? Have you checked if you in one of the protected groups within the Equality Act 2010 which would allow you to put in a claim for discrimination or is it a grievance you need to submit?

because a stressful tribunal will be the best thing for you to go through........

I seem to be saying this a lot at the moment, think like a business...sometimes you have to take a loss for a greater gain.

Just quit. Your position could go to someone who really wants a job, you'll be happier as you get to watch Jeremy Kyle every day and employer happy as the job is getting done. Everyone wins!
