Travel Republic

Options
Son and Mrs booked a last minute holiday with Travel Republic but wife could not find her passport (I know....).

The company bent over backwards to reschedule the holiday despite the error not being in any way their fault. They negotiated with the hotel for a later date and son managed to reschdule the flights.

Good service from them and praise for the particularly helpful agent.

They are good, booked a hotel with them, they rang me and said it had been incorrectly listed as a 3* when it should've be a 2*, offered me a 50% refund or a choice of one of 3 other hotels at no extra cost. I picked the upgrade and it was a fab hotel. I'd deffo recommend them.

I always book with them, not always the cheapest (maybe £10 - £20 dearer, sometimes).

But had nothing but good customer service, so will continue to book with them.

I've only had good experiences with them over the last 3 or 4 years too.

We had booked a holiday through them a few years ago, which got disrupted by the ash cloud for that Icelandic volcano. Their customer services were fantastic, during what must have been an incredibly difficult time for them.

It's good to hear that my family's experience is not untypical. Obviously a good company who seem to care about their customers, even when they mess up.

Its good to see a post praising a company rather than slagging them off

Have used them a few times and never had a problem
    Have a nice day :)
  • We have also had a great service from them booked a hotel last year to go to Disneyland Paris no problems and this year we are going to Spain and they have happily changed our booking twice with no problems or fees - Already looking for somewhere for next year so i can pay it off bit by bit rather than last min and they will def be my first choice
