MySurvey not crediting surveys

Has anyone else had problems redeeming their points on MySurvey? I tried to order a £5 Amazon voucher but I got an error message saying the transaction could not be completed. However it's still taken the 550 points from my account. I haven't received a confirmation email so presumably I'm not getting my voucher. I've emailed MySurvey twice but there's no been no reply (and they usually get back to me really quickly)

Yes, I had the same problem this week when trying to cash out for £3. However, by going into the rewards section of the site, I see that it's sitting as a pending reward, so hopefully it will come through. The site does seem to be buggy at the moment!

I cashed out yesterday.
Everything was normal.

I still get surveys fine but there are quiter periods.

I completed a text survey recently, sent lots of texts, filled in the diary every day, completed surveys and start and finish of the week but no points appeared. I emailed Mysurvey and got the following reply:

After further investigation, it appears your participation was not recorded by our server.
I am sorry to inform you that if the survey was not completed, the data you provided cannot be used, and points are never provided in those cases.
I am very sorry because I know it was due to technical issues, but there is nothing I can do.

So even though they know its a technical problem they won't give me the points - I am livid. A waste of a lot of my time.:mad:

Oh, that is annoying. I find text/diary surveys very hit-and-miss. I haven't had this problem with MySurvey, but there is one other site that has twice failed to credit me for a diary survey (e-Rewards) and I just wouldn't do any more of these surveys for that particular site.

I wondered if it was just me.. I used to have about 4 surveys a day, redeemed 2 Amazon vouchers and BOOM - nothing in over a week since..

My Survey tends to go quiet for me for a week or so at a time, during which time I usually get the surveys from My Survey but via GTM (their sister company).

I used to have a problem with error messages at the end of surveys, meaning I wouldn't get credited, and I found that it was usually caused by either being too slow on the survey, leaving it and coming back to it or opening two at the same time, so I stopped all of those things. Now it is probably once every few months I have it happen, then I ignore all surveys from them that day and try the following day and it is usually fine.

They have a number of survey problems but I still usually make £10-£15 a month from them, so worth it for me as I get 80-250 points for most surveys and 575 points = £5 Paypal
