MySurvey not crediting surveys

Options
Just wondered if I have missed some announcement from MySurvey and if they are now crediting surveys on a delay? I've completed a few in the last day or two and my points total hasn't changed.

I'm the same, I did three the other night right to the end and my points didn't change. I queried it but they wanted to know the survey numbers, I couldn't tell them as I had done them from the website, not from the invitations. Won't be doing anymore if they are not paying.
  • Same here - I have a few surveys sitting on my page but I'm not going to complete them while I haven't been credited for the last lot.

I did around 1000 points worth the other day and received credits fine, sorry to hear you're having problems.

Haven't had one from MySurvey since April. Globaltestmarket, however, is several times a day. I easily get £30 every 3 or 4 weeks.

I redeemed £5 on PayPal (got the money fine) and now I am not getting any surveys, whilst before I used to get 2-3 a day easily.

My sister has signed up too, but she says she completes the surveys and no points are credited.

Same for me sometimes I go weeks without any from MYSurvey but GTM is a great one for me - odd as they're owned by the same company!

    Hi

Noticed that some surveys are credited straight after completing a survey, while others take a couple of weeks. Just received 500 points from a follow-up survey I did a few weeks ago.

They tend to take a while to give you credit for more complicated surveys (like the ones where you have to complete a diary) but the ones I've not been credited for this week were straightforward ones with a set number of points.

I haven't had any surveys from MySurvey since last year after cashing out! I have just received payment from GTM, but it has taken months to get there, being chucked off most surveys. As I get older, now retired, the surveys get less. Guess I've become invisible and a non-person.....

But I do still have a brain, opinions and life experience but these firms don't want to know...

Mysurvey did the whole "sending no more surveys" thing to me a while ago. Upon querying it, they told me that the data I provided wasn't sufficient, quality reasons although I had done nothing wrong. They wouldn't elaborate further.

Easily solved. A new IP/email address and a new sign-up. Rinse after every £20 cashout or so, and repeat so they don't pull the same trick again, leaving £9.90 or whatever in the account.

If they're not going to be straight with me, I don't need to worry about them. Valued Opinions are the same. Actually, 'tis quite funny to wind them up on their Facebook page about it...
