I think it is a stroke of genius.

I once sold a rather nasty water damaged ancient Nokia and mentioned I was fed up with it as it seemed jinxed as it had been washed and had fallen in the sea and no longer worked. I got more for that one than for a similar working phone sold a week later!

hehe, he does have a point. Several in fact :)
  • Take a look at this then,

i can't believe people actually bid or the sort of people who bid.

There are many more just type in the words 'Well Worn' in the search bit.

P.S, I wouldn't recommend anyone doing this themselves..

OMG who would want to buy some old trainers that are falling to bits? A new pair would not cost much.

Threre are some weird ppl out there. there is a seller on ebay who sells worn socks as well - why would anyone want them? lol

There are some strange people out there, there was a thread on here a while ago about "well worn shoes" and a "well worn shoe" addict came on and admitted his fettish!

Apparently they are more valuable if worn by cabin crew, the same goes for old socks!

  • I know i found this was happening a few months ago when a friend told me..

It is funny to read some of them..

I read one that said "the buyer can wash them themselves"

Its bad on the people genuinely selling well worn items of clothing and footwear..
