    I thought it was something wrong with the way my last payment had gone through when it appeared twice. Got a full refund into my bank account for the second payment.
    Paid off the last of my unsecured debts in 2016. Then saved up and bought a property. Current aim is to pay off my mortgage as early as possible. Currently over paying every month. Mortgage due to be paid off in 2036 hoping to get it paid off much earlier. Set up my own bespoke spreadsheet to manage my money.

    Hi all sorry to put this on the thread but not sure how to put it elswhere

    We have a savings account at santander ,and was informed the branch was to close
    mrs went to nat west who said we shouldent have been charged £30 each time a standing order payment was 1 day late to my wages going in. he also said we should not incur charges at all on a savings account

    can someone help us and clarify please ,its a lot of money off our pensions

    This goes back to 1994 , if not can we claim any of it back
