    Much good advice already given, my bit would be dehydration gives me cramp so sip water all day long. With the weather we are having weigh yourself before a run then again straight after, the weight loss will be all water which needs replacing.
    Also runs should never be the same distance twice in a row, do 8m steady then 4m fast then 3m slow, your body and brain never get used to it so it is always a challenge.
