Have you got a virus package ? I would do a full check on your system to start with.0

Look at the email header in the one you received. Does that give any clues?Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac

Did you send this from a free web based email or from your home pc?0

Might be normal behaviour. Was there a valid address in the "To" field of the e-mail that you sent with a BCC address?
Sometimes ISPs do funny things with BCC e-mails as spammers use this field a lot. Mails that have got BCC addresses can get treated with more suspicion that normal e-mails. For example if messages have only got BCC addresses without a valid To address then some ISPs will bounce the mail presuming it is spam.
Are you certain that the message you got back that you bounced was definitely spam? It may have been a network message telling you of a delivery problem which your spam filter interpretted as spam. Is it properly deleted or can you get it back and have a look at it?
Try sending your e-mail again exactly as you did before and see if the same thing happens.
If you're still worried, try running ad-aware as well as your virus checker just to be sure.
