Alpha cd25c boiler problem

Problem with hot water system. Water keeps going hot then cold.
The burner light c is lit for about 10 seconds then goes out. then back on and so on. I have fitted a new flow switch and temp sensor. fed up with it now. I have to turn pressure/flow right down to get a little bit of heat. :sad:

to access the two parts you have already changed & to access the fault you have to remove the front case which forms part of the flue train, get a RGI to repairI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.

How old is the boiler - Alpha's have pretty long warranties now.
