TalkTalk are being absolute morons (what's new) and they are refusing to refer a complaint to the CEO's team because they know they've messed up.
TalkTalk only list a postal address on their website, does anyone have an email address or phone number for TalkTalk's CEO team?
Thanks.
P.S: Stay away from TalkTalk - they are incompetent, the only thing they do well is steal money from customers. This isn't even my complaint, I'm merely helping a family friend resolve their query because they were being ignored and fobbed off by customer service.

The CEO Team probably won't read it anyway.
Best just writing to the address or tweeting.
Using Twitter is the new way forward as it's very public.0 -
Good luck with that. Just spent an hour on the phone to them, 4-5 different people to cancel our contract as their service is poor and refuse to wave the cancellation fee.
Apparently the lady is phoning me back after speaking with CEO office. I hope for their sake they let us, as I've lost patience with them.0 -
Good luck, you should threaten to take the complaint to the Ombudsman as they have to pay a fee for this (it's free for consumers).
A logical ISP will take that opportunity to make a goodwill gesture and keep a customer happy instead of frittering a significant amount of money on an Ombudsman's case fee.0 -
I emailed the CEO in Jan when I had an issue and after replying to my email, she passed my concern to her team. They were superb and I am happy with the service.
CEO Details here. Found via google and available to public:

Thanks for that. Talk Talk never called us back so poor Dido will be receiving an email bashing in a couple of days if they don't call.

They called back Tuesday or Wednesday I can't remember, to cut a long story short they won't wave the fees etc to cancel the contract. As I'm not the account holder, my old dear is - she put the phone down on them, due to their incompetence and lack of understanding. And my mother is a very patient lady.
They tried phoning back a few times and also tried again the next day but missed the call. I emailed Dido this evening and look forward to hearing from her.0
