When I moved into my property all the walls had been skimmed as the property is 40 Years old. Fast forward another 7years and my bathroom wall paint has peeled leaving lots of lines down the plaster. Ive picked off and sanded down where its happened. Does the bathroom completely need re skimming or can I just fill in where necessary and paint the wall.

as well as google, my son says you tube is full of amazing help too, he has now converted my husband who although great at diy has been learning basic plumbing techniques by watching lots of clips and for me watching someone doing is a lot easier than reading something!
