Dodgy front door, please help!

We had a new front door fitted in January. To start with it worked well and no draughts. Quickly it became difficult to open and close and draughty. They came out to replace the door in March. Since then it's become difficult again, and they've been out to adjust it.
Now it's really playing up once again (to the point that sometimes it's completely unlocked when it should be secure). He's coming back out tomorrow but even adjusted I won't be happy as can't tell when it'll stop locking again which is leaving the house open! Can I ask for a full refund and go with a different company?
Thanks
