RBS Card Info PPI

Hi
I did an Equifax search which showed I had a RBS Card (Mint) which was satisfied in 2006. It only gives last 4 digits of the card number and I have no paperwork to get the full card number from.
RBS have advised they can only proceed if I give them the 16 digit number. Is there anyway around this??
