Savings in the UK, earnings in Vietnam.

Hi there,
I am moving to Vietnam in 4 weeks, but want to keep my savings in the UK. I am being PAID in USD to make things more confusing.
Does anybody know the best way for me to transfer my money from my Vietnamese account into my British savings account? I intend to do this every 2 months or so and will probably combine it with my girlfriends savings (to make about 3500 USD).
