I hope the Scottish Power MSE rep is about today.
I have made a complaint to Scottish Power re a problem with my account. SP contacted me on one occasion but voicemail was really bad and I couldn't understand it so didn't know who to call back.
SP have now closed the complaint without speaking to me and without resolving issue. I want help in resolving this (as I can't resolve it myself), how can I do this.
Please help.

I think he's gone, but I think he gave this email address at one time, so you could try that, as they don't seem to respond to queries through the 'contact us' when signed into account.
