Anyone got an email address for EE?

Hi guys

Having a nightmare since switching to EE from T Mobile. I'm blaming Carphone Warehouse (they ported my account in a way they are not actually supposed to do, and then mis-sold me a package that wasn't really suitable but that's another issue).

Since then, my bills have been bizarre. I received one earlier this month for the correct, expected amount, then 3 weeks later I received another for twice that amount - showing two phone numbers. Obviously getting two bills in one month is bad enough, but having one of these be double the expected amount is even worse.

I'm not very happy about this. I've called EE to complain and they have admitted this is an error which is now being investigated. The word refund was used. HOWEVER, I want to get this in writing.

So where do I email EE? They make it quite hard to find out on their site.
