Can anybody out there re assure me? have just received letter from local court where my case has been refered to ordering me to pay £100 allocation fee! Am getting very scared as think bank intend to take this all the way.
Am currently in d.m.p. and worried that my overall finiancial situation will be used against me and don't know whether to withdraw at this point.
Also worried about any adverse press and publicity as this is been heared at my local court.
My claim is for £1600 and would just about clear the overdraft that I wowe to Lloyds!!
Can anybody help me at this point?

LLoyds aren't taking you to court, you're taking them to court.
CHances are it won't get that far, they'll blink first.0
