OnStream Electricity Meter Change

I have just received a leter from BG to say that OnStream are fitting a new electricity meter at my property. I had to ring up to change the time and I had one hell of a job trying to make them understand what I wanted to do. Also can I suggest that if you get a letter and have to ring, don't use the 0845 number given, use 029 2084 0702. I was on the phone for 15 minutes!
