Has this company gone bust?

We're wanting to install some new windows in our house and I've just gone to the website of a company we've used before and the website is down (404 error). I've done a search on Companies House etc and they seem to have made a "Strike off application". The latest status seems to be a "Striking-off action suspended".
Can anybody shed some light on what this means? I get that you make a strike off application if you want to wind down a company but I don't know what the "action suspended" part means.
Either way, I'm disappointed that I now have to look for another company to do my windows...

I believe that can show for a few reasons ... Might be that the company is challenging the creditor(s) trying to get them wound down or the Court has given them the opportunity to try to reach some sort of arrangement about the debt(s) in an allotted time.
Either way, I'd avoid with a barge pole, as even if they manage to get back/cling on to trading, there's a good chance other creditors are after them or they'll fail to satisfy the original debt and end up shutting up shop, this time with your money or you waiting on them to fit your windows!0 -
Digging further it seems like the company relocated to Devon two years ago. It seems like the original Hampshire based company continued to operate until earlier this year and has wound up for some reason or other. In any case I'm now looking around for alternatives.0
