Email address of CEO Laura Ashley

Options
Hi all,

I am sorry I haven't a clue where to post this. I wonder if anyone knows how I get the email address of the CEO at Laura Ashley?

I know you are all so lovely on this board

I have had a major issue with Laura Ashley today, and no matter who I speak to I just get spouted computer says no. I have asked to escalate the issue and they refuse so I don't feel I have any avenues down their normal customer services route.

I am aware there are websites you can access email addresses of Directors of organisations and I wonder if anyone can help?

Thanks

    Allegedly it is this:

    KC.Ng@lauraashley.com

but I haven't used it myself, it is just what has come up via google.

That being said, this poster's experience was he just passed the complaint back to customer services who continued to reject it

    Hi OP,

If it is regarding a product, have you thought about small claims court - you can send a letter before action through registered post to their head office?

You haven't quite said what the issue is however.

Thanks it is for a broken item. They are saying because we didn't open the packaging immediately to check it we cannot get a refund.

I have checked my consumer rights, and it states a reasonable time is 3 - 4 weeks to report damage and not the short time they give you to open it and also they are obliged to give a replacement, or repair which is all I am asking for. It sounds silly but it was very fragile and very heavy and I couldn't lift it myself I would have done more damage trying on my own, so I go the delivery driver to put it down, then I had to wait for help (I was paying someone to help me put it up). When we opened the packaging it was broken, in pieces. I called them as soon as I saw the issue, and they have just said no. Flat no, each time I try to speak further I am just spouted T&Cs of their company and no. Yet the consumer rights information I have read seems to say otherwise.

I am just getting computer says no, whoever I speak to. They say they are a manager, but they are on a call centre, they are team leaders who do not have any say over what is written in the screen in front of them. So want to escalate it to someone who has the ability to speak and be flexible.

    Thanks

Email ALL of the consumer help columns in newspapers (I read the guardian one) and CC them in. Or Watchdog if that's still going?
