Car insurance renewal query.

Right here goes. Received car insurance renewal quote and I wanted to compare online.
Had two accidents this year, one my fault, one 50/50 but only just being resolved. The additional driver on policy actually had the accidents but on a comparison site do I put it under my claims or theirs as I don't want to be done for fraud.
The renewal letter has details of the claims and then it shows Own costs and 3rd party costs. Do I add own+third party on the comparison site? One that it just being resolved says costs are £5. There was plenty of damage to both cars involved so why would it be £5 is it because it's not fully resolved.? Can I still get a quote and go ahead on a technically unsettled claim.?
I ask as I don't want to be done for fraud or invalidating the policy based on my mistake when comparing.

Usually most insurers would ask that you put the claim on the driver who had the accident, however some insurers may want to have it on the policy holder's details if the additional driver with the claim is to be removed.
The 50/50 claim would have to be disclosed as a fault claim in any case, however you would only need to disclose this once on the policy. TP and own costs all come under the same claim. So yes, you can still go ahead with a quote.
I would do the quote with the two claims and give them a call, that will of course end all doubt. As long as you disclose all the details, there's absolutely no reason why they would investigate you for fraud."Always fulfil your needs, only fulfil your wants when your needs are no longer a concern" - citricsquid0
