Do they qualify as a small company in the flowchart?
Thanks.

Link Parking are IPC not BPA members.
Are you querying whether to wait for NTK or to appeal as registered keeper early?Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. I'm not sure of the answer to that one, but I get why you have asked the question. Hold fire for a day or two and hopefully someone who knows more who will get back to you.Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Actually, hold fire for a WEEK or two. If these ARE PPCs where appealing the NtD is recommended, then do it a few days before the appeal period expires.0

The advice for Link Parking is to wait for the NtK before appealing using the template letter
Have a read of this thread from a Poster dealing with same company recently

Yep - I tend to think now that any IPC member should not be appealed early because you need them to fall at some hurdles to help you win your appeal. Especially now the IPC/IAS cannot insist on knowing who the driver was. They used to insist, can't now as some of us forum guru's or parking terrorists(!) complained to the DVLA about the sharp practice. The keeper appealing and saying ''there's no keeper liability as the NTK was flawed/late/a pile of crap!'', is a slam-dunk win at POPLA and IAS appeal (as long as the appellant is correct) so waiting for the NTK should be encouraged in most cases.
So, you want them to miss the NTK deadline and/or send a non-compliant NTK. I am sure they'll manage to muck it up somehow! As long as you are the keeper, wait.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks for the replies. That old thread was useful to read but has gone quiet presumably before Link issued their NTK.0

Perhaps you could update us with developments in your case instead? My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
An update of developments in my case:
I've received a NtK-like letter from Link Parking. It's not quite like any of the other NtK type letters described or shown on this forum. Unless someone says otherwise, I will continue with the advice in the main website - to respond with a template letter.
I'm not able to post the links to the jpeg scans of the letter. Any suggestions how to get around this? I think the letters may well be a useful resource for others for future reference.0 -
Upload them to Photobucket or similar. Then post broken links (without the http:// part) in a reply here.0
