Hi all. Hopefully someone can help.
I have 2k that I would like to gain as much interest as possible (will be taking out in Aug next year)
I have looked into ISas and they all mention if you have savings over 3k.
I would like to have easy access just in case we need the money urgently. Can anyone advise the best way to gain maximum interest?

Don't use any ISA. You get much better interest in current accounts - e.g 2 x TSB Plus will pay you at least double the interest you would get in any cash ISA.0

Yep, dead easy to do. Open 2 TSB plus accounts, deposit £1,000 into each. Set up a Standing Order for £500 on each of the accounts, on the same day, to swap £500. Sit back and collect your 5% (4% after BR tax) interest.
Cancel the SOs when you no longer have money in the accounts.0 -
Not forgetting to make sure you opt for paperless statements and correspondence.0
