Not only are the reducing our mortgage and paying our creditors.
There getting £3500 early redemption fee
Were going from half intrest half repayment, new mortgage is full repayment.
  • Unfortunately this will go through. Porting a decrease and improving yours and lenders position irrespective of adverse will more often than not be agreed.

Also find the comment odd also?
Using my equity to move to a bigger house, pay my debts and reduce my mortgage.
    What's wrong with that?
  • Predictive text, sorry. This should be a no brainer for the lender.

    Enjoy your offer.

Sounds like that Brokers you found have little or no experience with Adverse credit.

Similarly, we had a client today with 4 months mortgage arrears who have been submitted to our Spanish Friends by an incompetent broker.

Just a quick update, halifax have contacted my wife's work to check her salary and the account numbers of the creditors we intend to pay.
    Seems like a good sign?
