One day delivery from Amazon disapointment

I ordered an item yesterday morning from Amazon and paid £7.99 for one day delivery and it hasn't arrived yet.
It did say on the webpage that if I ordered today I would get the item before 1pm.
Will Amazon refund the £7.99 delivery charge without any hassle?

Don't see why not, as long as you haven't caused the reason they failed to deliver (eg. no-one at address to take delivery, wrong delivery details etc).
But as DCFC79 says, ask them!0 -
