The pinks seem to confirm something one day and then deny it the next. The latest 'suggestion' is that we are already in the grace period , so we can make adjustments now to our practices so that when it goes live in August it isn't such a shock.

However, as it stands at the moment I would not risk a bet on any of the 'suggestions' being touted by any eBay employee.

Neither would I

I've not seen any of these discussions and I am on the boards daily

I'm at 4.5% due to 'incorrectly' actioned refunds. My percentage for actually being a naughty seller is less than 1%

I think I've said it before, but I wouldn't put all your hopes and dreams of sorting out your TRS by selling 99p items. You'll get just as many cases if not more opened for INR and now you'll be spending all day packing small items. It isn't the panacea you are thinking it is. And you'll be competing with someone in India or China who feeds their kid with that 99p you're trying to undercut.

So true - just located my low DSR - and its an item i sold for 69 PENCE (inc p&p) - as a feedback BOOSTER.

Posted same day (listing said 3 days dispatch) - low star for dispatch.
