Self Litigation Costs

I am about to start MCOL agains MBNA. I have read that more and more people are including Self Litigation Costs to their claims. Can someone please give me advise on this. i.e. How do I calculate these costs, I have a record of all phone calls letters etc. and How do I show these costs on the MCOL. Do I include them in the POC?
