BHS Online - Hopeless!!!

I have been trying to purchase two marabou capes - one for me, one for my bridesmaid for my wedding from the above website.
I first tried to purchase these back in June, when for some reason, BHS online said they couldn't process my order (indicating it was my credit card at fault). I initially phoned my credit card supplier to query what the issue was - only to find out the order had never reached them for authorisation. I then phoned the BHS customer service team, who initially informed me that my credit card was obviously been refused because I hadn't paid my bill (nice!) and then when I explained I had queried with the credit card company, she mentioned that their system was new and it probably had a problem processing the order, but not to try for at least two days as it wouldn't accept my credit card information again!
I then went back online, only to discover that the woman's size cape was now removed from the online ordering.
I then decided to purchase the child's one anyway, so went ahead with ordering this, but on ordering this, I discovered that the adult one was full price again on the main site!
So, I placed another order (with additional postage) and waited.
I then received an email yesterday as follows:

a) I didn't cancel any order
b) there is more than enough funds on my credit card for this payment.
On looking online, it turns out that the item is actually now out of stock!!!
Great customer service this one - firstly I am accused of not having enough funds on my credit card, the next I have been told I have cancelled this order!
What annoys me about this cancelled order, is that I provided them with an email address, phone number, etc yet nobody bothered contacting me.
Even more annoying - I saw that Monsoon had a child version of this top on sale yesterday at the Dublin airport duty free store, but of course, I didn't buy it expecting this to be delivered! AArgh:mad:
