EDF Energy
Just wondered what people thought!
I wrote a letter of complaint to EDF Energy as they had me on a day and night rate for Economy 7 to which we dont have!! They also got my final readings totally wrong (I have now moved energy companies) They rang me yesterday to which I was made to feel scared into the fact I may owe them a lot of money!! I told them to forget the complaint.
I now regret doing that as they made out it was my fault the readings were wrong when I had submitted the correct readings, I had also told them many times we were not on Economy 7! I do not see how energy companies can get away with this.
Just wondered what people thought, should I forget about it and except Ive moved energy companies and will never go back to EDF or persue the complaint and not be made to feel bullied by them, if the answer is to persue it, how should I go about this.
