Just wanted people's opinions. I have now changed energy supplier as found EDF very expensive and unhelpful! The last bill the reading was wrong and they had me on a night and day tarriff to which we dont have, we have central heating not economy 7! I complained about this and they rung me yesterday and basically baffled me and made me quite scared into thinking I owed them alot of money! As they had me on economy 7 and it was my fault and it was my fault they hadnt got the readings right! I was so worried about having a big bill I told them to forget it and he closed the account down as zero.
Thinking about it why should I have been made to feel like this and just wondered what people think I should do leave it well alone and except Im now with a new supplier or persue the fact they got things wrong and how should I persue it?
