iTunes Speaker Issue

Morning all.
When I am playing songs on iTunes, one side of the speakers do not seem to be working - there are certain songs that I can only hear half of.
The same song plays fine if I play it on youtube so I am assuming it is not the actual computer.
They are not external speakers by the way so nothing to plug in! (Been there, done that, felt a muppet!)
