Many bank T&Cs now include an express permission to use account aggregators, which store your passwords in an encrypted form on your computer - so do essentially the same with passwords as Lastpass does. An example is clause 4.8 in the Lloyds T&Cs.

The most restrictive T&C in this aspect that I've come across is Halifax.

3.5. You must not write down, store (whether encrypted or otherwise) on your computer or mobile phone handset or let anyone else know your password, identity details or additional security details, and the fact that they are for use with your accounts.

LastPass is only as secure as your master password.

I use it for everything except for banking details. While the theory of LastPass is sound and the encryption truly unbreakable, there is still a very slight chance there is a flaw in the implementation. However I believe the chance of someone seeing a written down password or a website database getting loose to be much higher, hence why I use it (along with a Yubikey for 2 factor auth).
