With NPower and found we were over £1,000 in credit on bill end of May but they told us new bill coming 23rd June so we waited to see what bill would be, now find out next bill end of Dec 14 so how much more in credit are we going to be then !!! Going to ask for refund!

Well, I see where you are coming from but I phoned them yesterday and they told me I had sent in the meter readings too early (even though I got an email asking for them), and that now I have given them again, I will get a bill within 72 hrs. Going to wait and see

But don't expect to get an e-mail to tell you they have raised a bill!

Something in their dodgy billing system does cause a bill to be generated when you submit readings.

I submitted readings on 11th April, and it generated a bill. Then I got an e-mail from them asking for meter readings, so I submitted them on 24th April, and got another bill on that date. 13 days!

All the time the web site was telling me that my next bill would be on 18th May. I've switched away from them now!
