1. The promotion is a prize draw, which is open to anyone subject to these terms and conditions.
2. Entry into the prize draw is not conditional upon completing this form. To participate in this draw you can forward your name and address on a postcard to: Marketing Department, Get on your bike competition, SYPTE, 11 Broad Street West, Sheffield S1 2BQ.
3. All entries must be received by 12:00 noon on Tuesday 8 July 2014.
4. There will be 4 winners drawn at random and each will win one of the following prizes.

• 1x High5 Race Pack from Hudson Cycles
• 1x High5 Race Pack from Hudson Cycles
• 1x annual subscription, 2 x full day rentals from Bike & Go
• 2 x Free cycle hire for the weekend from Russell’s Bicycle Shed

5. All entrants must be aged 16 or over and reside within South Yorkshire.
6. Only one entry per person is permitted.
7. Employees of the South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive including their families are not eligible to enter.
8. The winners will be drawn at random on Wednesday 9 July 2014.
9. The winners will be notified by Friday 11 July 2014.
10. The promoter is South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive.
11. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The name and county of the prize winners will be available by sending a SAE to Marketing Department, Get on your bike competition, SYPTE, 11 Broad Street West, Sheffield S1 2BQ.
13. By entering this competition you are agreeing to publication of your name and photograph on our promotional materials should you be a winner of a prize.
14. Prize must be claimed, no later than 5pm Wednesday 16 July 2014 otherwise the prize will be forfeit and a new winner will be selected.
