Paid CCJ - still on credit score!!

Hello.
I have searched for this and found nothing.
I have been actively looking to purchase a new car over the last 2 weeks with finance but I found out today that I have a CCJ on my credit file.
This is a result of a small claims court case against my name from a parking ticket company.
I attended the court case and was ordered to pay £400 from the judge on the 08/05/14 within 14 days.
I was not able to pay immediately so I sold my car at the time to raise the funds and paid the full amount on the 11th day.
As I paid within the 14 days and received a reciept from the parking company I assumed everything was settled and my credit file would not be affected.
Since then I have been applying for car finance with prime & sub prime companies. I have been refused credit from both and this has left a lot of footprints on my credit file. I have only found one subprime lender willing to lend with a 49% APR.
With that in mind I have been looking for cheap used cars that I can purchase sooner than later as I am in desperate need of a car still.
However after discovering I have a CCJ against my name for the £400 in May this has resulted in my credit score having a massive affect on finance applications. Please can someone help me and tell me that I am not wrong in saying this should not be on my file as I paid in full??
Can I get this removed and how??
Can I do anything about the numerous footprints of applications? And how? As these have been a knock on affect of the CCJ.
As you can imagine I am very concerned that I may have to wait a few months until
My credit score calms down and I can start applying for finance with prime lenders.
I appreciate you may not be able to help but hopefully you can direct me in the right place of who or what can.

To get the CCJ removed you need to demonstrate to the court that it was paid within a month. They then update the registery trust, who in turn update the 3 credit reference agencies.

Unfortunately as the searches are factually accurate and you did authorise them you will not be able to get them removed.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Thank you. That is helpful. Feeling very disgusted at the system right now... A small fee to remove a CCJ that should not even be there.
Thanks again I will be ringing the court tomorrow0 -

As you didn't apply for it to be removed, unfortunately it should be there.
I don't like the system too, but that's how it is.💙💛 💔0 -

That being said, please be aware that Equifax are about a month behind in updating things from the registry. You may even have to raise a dispute with them to re check.... I know as this has happened to me.....worth doing though.I love green dots :T I hate red dots :mad:0 -

You don't have a credit score, they don't exist, so it's impossible to wait for it to calm down. Read some of the threads on here and you'll see.0 -

Lenders will check the registry as this is the definative source of data. Not rely on CRA information.0
