Indemnity Insurance against Mining

Options
Hi All, I am currently selling my home and the buyers' lender have requested indemnity Insurance. Initially this seemed straight forward, but no experts (solicitors, mortgage advisers or estate agents) have come up against this in the area and basically do not have a clue.

I am happy to pay for the insurance, but can I find anywhere to buy it. I found one with Aviva, but apparently this was not appropriate. Has anyone else come across this and if so, what was the resolution? Thanks for any help

Restrictions on titles with regards to mineral and mining rights are quite common in parts of South Wales and the north of England...

This company can provide Indemnity Insurance for such restrictions and other issues...
