Yes. You're free to ignore them though. If it turns into harassment, report them.

You can decide if they can contact you or not. Although you can't choose it for individual users - its either all blocked users or none...

They can still contact you if they click on your Ebay ID and send a direct message via Contact Seller.

I love getting these as it means the blocks are working, and I get perverse enjoyment reading the 'so unfair, why have u blocked me???????' wails when PITA buyers realise you've cottoned on to them.
