    Hiya, PD:D
How is your bakiing mojo these days?
What are you up to, baking-wise?

Good, been making a cake or two a week for charity. Making two next week (one for charity and one for a friend) that I hope I don't mix up - one for a 12 year old boy, the other for a 31 year old filth monster who wants a 'male chicken' cake, both to be delivered on the same day

How's things with you? Been to Borrison's recently? ;)

I'm going to bed soon. My day has been.....

House guests mother visited, with her boyfriend (what a thoroughly objectinal person he is ) it became clear within minutes what the problem is :( he had the audacity (after 4 months of being around) to tell me what a terribly disruptive influence Billy is on everyone :(

the upshot is, Billy wouldn't even entertain the idea of going home, even for a few days. And that makes me sad, I think he should spend time with his mother :( but that's not going to happen :(

instead.....we invited his siblings to stay for a week :o I really do think it's important he doesn't lose touch with them. So.....I currently have 5 kids to look after .......actually they have been fine and it's been a happy place tonight. We all went to the beach earlier and it was fab!

:rotfl: I'm on the fence with this guy. We've been friends too long. I am going up to Glasgow to visit him later in the year, will see how I feel after a few pints ;)

Well have they not given 16 year olds the vote on this
16 young and daft and probably patriotic without realising the costs to all

I have strong feelings about this, having grown up there.

I agree with 16&17 YO having the vote. it's their future. They might just get sold out by old foggies who are still mad at maggie for trialling the poll tax on them, or bitter miners strikes.

those 16 & 17 year olds are the ones who will have to live with it

Don't leaving it too long, you might need a passport to enter the country

I have been thinking about this a lot lately, I go to Scotland a lot. Will I need dual nationality?

    it's not going to happen.....surely? :(

I blooming well hope not!
