toddler milk - free coupons and these went straight into the foodbank trolley

i have always used granulated, just make sure it dissolves properly before boiling so you dont get sugar crystals i think the castor sugar dissolves quicker, as it is finer , some people use the pectin as it is easier and quicker to get a good set. I dont bother but when my dd made her first jam she did as she was not confident and wanted it to go right.. so it is personal preference really..0 -
