And mangoes? I know they have a stone but no idea how you peel one
Easiest way with a mango is cut it in half with a sharp knife length ways similar to how you would cut an advocado...dont peel it
Take the stone out the middle then you can score the flesh into squares and flip the skin back and eat....in a similar way to cutting up a melon quarter if that makes sensefrugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

So these smelly skewers I know they are still free but was wondering how much it costs to top them up.

1l sweet almond oil (carrier) £8.50 delivered
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Litre-Sweet-Almond-Oil-Pressed/dp/B007MCXGO6/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1404496319&sr=8-3&keywords=sweet+almond+oil
Essential oil (smelly) about £1.50 for 10ml so about 200 drops and you need 10-15 per quarter cup of carrier oil

Not sure if already mentioned but the expiry date on the M&S voucher on the GR website is now 31 August:T
Another question. Has anyone successfully used the sun coke zero coupon from the Internet? I used the one out of the actual paper, but haven't tried the online voucher. Thanks in advance.
I've used several of the printed coke coupons with no problem at all.N1LDA0 -
